    Organization Overview

Urban Fresh Gardens is a faith-driven nonprofit organization based in Waterbury, Connecticut. I mentor youth through agriculture, entrepreneurship, and character development. We mentor the Continuum Boys After School Program, partner with local high schools, and collaborate with faith-based organizations to provide structured after-school and workforce development opportunities.

Our mission is to disciple, equip, and develop young leaders — using agriculture and mentorship as ministry.
