Create wildlife habitat, help the environment, and beautify the park at the same time. The Lake Cunningham Native Garden is a volunteer-maintained area at the south shore of Lake Cunningham in San Jose. Tasks include weeding, mulching, planting, and watering. Workdays are Saturdays 8 am to 10 am. Sign and bring the waiver form at the Forms link below.

The location is outdoors with a view of the lake, the garden, and wildlife. Long pants, shirts, garden shoes, gloves recommended. Volunteers maintain ~100 native trees along Inner Lake Path from the Native Garden to the Marina. They pull invasives like stinkwort and curly dock. Join us and make a difference!
