    BIDII YETU GLOBAL VOLUNTEERS
    1. EDUCATION PROGRAM VOLUNTEERS

    Focus: Early Childhood Education & Youth Online Learning

    Roles: Early Childhood Teaching Assistant

    Reading & Literacy Support Volunteer

    Digital Learning Facilitator (help youth navigate online courses)

    Key Responsibilities:

    Support classroom activities for young children

    Assist in developing fun, engaging learning materials

    Mentor youth in online education platforms

    Organize learning sessions and homework support

    Ideal Skills:

    Passion for teaching and working with children

    Basic digital skills (for online learning support)

    Creativity and patience

    1. PSYCHOSOCIAL SUPPORT VOLUNTEERS

    Focus: Child Art Therapy & Social-Emotional Learning

    Roles:

    Art Therapy Assistant

    Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) Facilitator

    Child Mentorship Volunteer

    Key Responsibilities:

    Facilitate art-based activities for emotional expression

    Support children in building confidence and resilience

    Help run group sessions on emotional awareness

    Provide safe, supportive interaction spaces

    Ideal Skills:

    Background or interest in psychology, counseling, or social work

    Creativity (art, music, storytelling)

    Empathy and strong listening skills

    1. PERMACULTURE & WOMEN EMPOWERMENT VOLUNTEERS

    Focus: Sustainable Farming & Home Gardens

    Roles:

    Permaculture Trainer Assistant

    Community Garden Volunteer

    Women’s Empowerment Facilitator

    Key Responsibilities:

    Support training sessions on sustainable farming practices

    Assist women in setting up home gardens

    Demonstrate composting, water conservation, and organic farming

    Help document and share success stories

    Ideal Skills:

    Knowledge or interest in agriculture/permaculture

    Community engagement skills

    Practical, hands-on approach

    1. ENVIRONMENTAL & CLIMATE ACTION VOLUNTEERS

    Focus: Tree Planting & Climate Awareness

    Roles:

    Tree Planting Coordinator

    Climate Education Volunteer

    Environmental Campaign Ambassador

    Key Responsibilities:

    Organize and participate in tree planting activities

    Conduct climate awareness sessions in schools and communities

    Support environmental campaigns and outreach

    Help with data collection (trees planted, impact tracking)

    Ideal Skills:

    Passion for environmental conservation

    Public speaking or community mobilization skills

    Teamwork and physical readiness for fieldwork

    1. COMMUNICATIONS & DIGITAL VOLUNTEERS

    Cross-cutting support for all programs

    Roles:

    Social Media Manager

    Content Creator (photos, videos, storytelling)

    Grant Writing & Fundraising Volunteer

    Key Responsibilities:

    Share impact stories online

    Design posters, campaigns, and newsletters

    Support fundraising and partnership outreach

    Ideal Skills:

    Writing, photography, or design skills

    Social media management

    Creativity and initiative
