    Description

    Hospice Volunteer

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The volunteer provides patient care and support services according to his/her experience and training and in compliance with hospice policies. We have patients in facilities throughout the Milwaukee/Waukesha/Racine and Walworth County area.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    1. Mature individual, supportive of the hospice concept.
    2. Is willing to serve others in volunteer capacity.
    3. Previous volunteer experience may be helpful.
    4. Ability to work within and interdisciplinary team.
    5. Licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state law and maintained in good working order.

    Various Facilities in: Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, Walworth Counties

    165 South Calhoun Road, Brookfield, Wisconsin, US
    Directions

    Our main office is located in Brookfield, but our patients live throughout Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine and Walworth Counties. The goal is to assign the volunteer to a county and assisted living facility close to their home.
