    As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking a passionate and organized Volunteer Executive Assistant to the CEO to help streamline operations, manage communications, and support the growth of our mission-driven organization.

    Position Overview

    The Volunteer Executive Assistant will work directly with the CEO to provide high-level administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a growing social impact organization.

    You’ll play a key role in keeping our leadership organized, managing communications, scheduling, and ensuring the CEO’s time is focused on strategic priorities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
    • Coordinate internal and external communications (emails, meeting follow-ups, client inquiries)
    • Support preparation for meetings, presentations, and reports
    • Conduct light research to support organizational initiatives and partnerships
    • Assist in maintaining project timelines and tracking deliverables
    • Help coordinate virtual events, speaking engagements, and coaching sessions
    • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all matters

    Qualifications

    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) or Microsoft Office Suite
    • Experience with project management or CRM tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, HubSpot) a plus
    • Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently
    • Passionate about career development, coaching, and empowering others
