    Description

    Would you like to make an impact in someone's life? Three Oaks Hospice is currently looking for compassionate people to help make a difference in our indivisiual's lives. Being a volunteer is very rewarding.

    Companion visitors can bring their talents and compassions to our indidivuals by participating in various activities as:

    • Reminiscencing/Listening to indidivuals share their life journey
    • Reading to patients
    • Singing to patients
    • Engaging with patient interests/hobbies
    • Clerical/Office Tasks
    • Office Mailings
    • Patient weekly Tuck-Ins
    • General Phone Calls
    • Memorial Service for families of patients we have lost
    • Pet Therapy
    • Massage Therapy
    • Hairstylists
    • Musicians
    • Outreach/Fundraising Support

    Three Oaks Hospice covers the following counties:

    • Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Lawrence, Mercer, Washington, Westmoreland

    Private Group Details:

    • Group Size Range: 1 - 50+
    • Event can be held at a volunteer group location (e.g. office, park)
    • No Donation
