About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented HR Admin to support our people operations as we grow. This role focuses on coordination, documentation, and helping keep HR processes organized and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Help maintain HR records and documentation
- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating communications
- Support job posting and application tracking
- Help update internal HR documents and task sheets
- Provide general administrative support to HR leadership
Ideal Profile
- Interest in HR, people operations, or administration
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working with documents and basic tools (Google Docs, Sheets)
- Professional, discreet, and reliable
