    Description

    Role Overview

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable KDP Publishing & Product Operations Assistant to support our publishing and product workflows on Amazon KDP. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day Amazon KDP tasks, ensuring smooth publishing operations, accurate uploads, proper authentication processes, and reliable tracking of product performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage Amazon KDP account operations, including authentication, QR verification, and compliance.
    • Publish and maintain print and digital products, ensuring correct formatting, metadata, pricing, and categorization.
    • Coordinate revisions, updates, and reuploads across product versions.
    • Track products, SKUs, versions, inventory status, and publishing history.
    • Monitor sales performance and basic analytics.
    • Support new product launches and ongoing updates.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Proficiency with Amazon KDP.
    • Hands-on experience with digital publishing or print-on-demand workflows.
    • Experience using WooCommerce and Amazon Seller tools.
    • Strong organizational skills and comfort working with spreadsheets, file systems, and digital platforms.
