    Every volunteer will receive a program acceptance letter, access to time tracking workflows in Slack/Jira and a completion letter detailing their contributions. All contributors will be listed in the official documentation of the final product.

    Timeline: Aug 11, 2026 to May 15, 2027

    COSDS Development Support Staff (DSS) must possess at least a bachelor's degree or higher in IT, CS, ML, frontend, backend, full stack development or related fields. DSS will be assigned to the #resource-infrastructure channel at ntari.slack.com where they will provide troubleshooting and bug support across Slack, Jira, Confluence, Github, Google Workspace and other platforms engaged by development teams. The following tools will be provided to the development team:

    • An @NTARI.org email address
    • Enterprise access to Google Gemini and NotebookLM
    • Standard access to Claude AI
    • A dedicated Slack channel
    • Access to #resource-infrastructure to build and maintain CI/CD automations for future stewards
    • Access to Jira and Confluence
    • Two dedicated project managers
    • One project steward
    • Access to NTARI-RAND on Github

    To qualify for a develop support staff position:

    • Apply for the position https://ideali.st/d9g3Sh
      • Possess or be in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, CS, ML, frontend, backend or full stack development
    • Complete the Volunteer Orientation course at https://ntari.org/volunteer
    • Be able to commit to no less than 20 hours per week, for 9 months of development.

    Applicants who complete the 1733 course on https://ntari.org/volunteer may select their project on a first-come-first-served basis.
