    About Army Pink

Army Pink is a survivor-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit connecting survivors of domestic violence with safe transportation and resources that support healing and a path forward.

Through our Pathway to Freedom model, our programs include Freedom Rides and the Wellness Portal. As we expand our reach and build support for our work, we are seeking creative, proactive volunteers who can help us connect with content creators, influencers, public figures, and digital communities.

    About the role

We are looking for an Influencer & Creator Partnerships Volunteer to research, connect with, and build relationships with creators and public voices who may be interested in supporting Army Pink’s mission.

This is a hands-on outreach role. You will go beyond identifying potential collaborators: you will contact creators, introduce them to Army Pink, follow up, and help develop opportunities for social media collaborations, campaign participation, fundraising, and public awareness.

You will work with Army Pink’s leadership and communications team to identify appropriate partners and coordinate outreach around organizational priorities and upcoming campaigns.

    Key responsibilities

    • Creator and influencer research: Identify influencers, content creators, YouTubers, podcasters, public figures, and digital storytellers whose audiences or interests may align with Army Pink’s mission.
    • Personalized outreach: Draft and send professional, tailored emails and direct messages introducing Army Pink and inviting potential collaborators to connect.
    • Partnership development: Build relationships with creators interested in sharing our work, participating in campaigns, supporting fundraising, or collaborating on awareness content.
    • Campaign collaborations: Identify creators who may help promote Freedom Rides, the Wellness Portal, fundraising campaigns, and other Army Pink activities.
    • YouTube and video partnerships: Research relevant creators and support outreach for potential Wellness Portal Recovery Room collaborations and other video-related partnerships.
    • Social media collaborations: Explore opportunities for creator posts, interviews, campaign features, short-form videos, livestreams, and other appropriate content collaborations.
    • Prospect tracking: Maintain an organized list of creators, contact details, platforms, audience information where available, outreach status, and follow-up dates.
    • Follow-up and coordination: Track responses, schedule introductory conversations when appropriate, and coordinate with Army Pink’s communications and leadership teams.
    • Creative partnership ideas: Recommend realistic, mission-aligned ways creators can contribute, including awareness posts, fundraising appeals, campaign participation, and content collaborations.

    Who we’re looking for

We welcome volunteers with experience or interest in:

    • Influencer marketing and creator relations
    • Social media marketing and digital communications
    • Public relations and partnership development
    • YouTube, podcast, and content creator research
    • Outreach, relationship-building, and professional communication
    • Campaign planning and digital fundraising

You do not need to be an influencer yourself. We are looking for someone who can identify promising collaborators, communicate professionally, exercise good judgment, and consistently follow through.

Experience with social media platforms, creator databases, spreadsheets, or CRM tools is helpful but not required.

    What success looks like

    • A growing pipeline of relevant creators and potential collaborators
    • Consistent, personalized outreach and follow-up
    • New conversations and relationships with creators interested in Army Pink’s work
    • Potential collaborations that increase awareness, expand our reach, and support fundraising
    • Organized tracking so the team can maintain and develop partnerships over time

    What you’ll gain

    • Hands-on experience in influencer relations, nonprofit communications, and partnership development
    • The opportunity to help a survivor-led nonprofit expand its audience and community support
    • Experience developing creator partnerships connected to meaningful social impact
    • The opportunity to contribute ideas and build relationships as Army Pink grows

    Time commitment and support

This is an ongoing volunteer opportunity with a flexible schedule. We are seeking someone who can contribute consistently, work independently, communicate progress, and follow through on outreach commitments.

Army Pink will provide organizational background, campaign priorities, relevant materials, and coordination with the team.
