    Strategic SEO & Search Ranking Growth

    SEO Specialist — WordPress Website

    Army Pink is looking for a volunteer SEO Specialist to help optimize our new WordPress website and build a strong SEO foundation for long-term growth.

    What you’ll help with:

    • SEO audit of our WordPress website
    • Keyword research and SEO strategy
    • Optimizing page titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and content
    • Internal linking strategy
    • Image SEO and alt text
    • Technical SEO and website indexing
    • Google Search Console setup/review
    • Google Analytics setup/review
    • XML sitemap and indexing checks
    • Broken links, redirects, and other technical issues
    • Mobile and page-speed SEO recommendations
    • Local SEO for Los Angeles/California
    • Nonprofit SEO strategy
    • Recommendations for future content and resource pages
    • Ongoing SEO recommendations as the website grows

    Ideal volunteer:

    • Experience with WordPress SEO
    • Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
    • Experience with keyword research and technical SEO
    • Knowledge of tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Yoast, or Rank Math
    • Experience with nonprofit, local, or mission-driven organizations is a plus
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to provide clear recommendations

    Project Goal:

    Help Army Pink make sure our new website is technically sound, searchable, accessible, and positioned to reach survivors, community partners, volunteers, and supporters searching for the resources and services we provide.

    Volunteer Commitment: Flexible / project-based.
