Social Media Content Creator Volunteer

Do you enjoy creating TikToks, Reels, graphics, or social media posts? Put those skills to use for a good cause—from anywhere!

Second Chance Battalion is looking for a Social Media Content Volunteer to help us create engaging content for our nonprofit and Healing Homes Farm.

Second Chance Battalion is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting justice-impacted individuals and survivors of violence, with a special focus on veterans. Healing Homes Farm is our therapeutic and residential farm program for women rebuilding their lives after significant hardship.

What would you do?

It's pretty simple: we provide the content, and you help make it social-media ready.

We'll send you photos, video clips, updates, upcoming events, donation needs, or stories from the farm. You might turn those materials into:

TikToks, Reels, or other short-form videos

Facebook or Instagram posts

Graphics or photo posts

Captions and written content

Event or volunteer promotions

Fun animal content featuring our chickens, turkeys, goats, and life around the farm

Donor and community partner thank-you posts

Other creative content you think would work well on social media

You will not be responsible for managing our social media accounts. Our team will review and publish the finished content, so you won't need passwords or account access.

This opportunity can be 100% remote, and there is no set number of hours required. Help with a post here and there when you have time, or volunteer more regularly if you enjoy it.

You don't need to be a professional marketer. If you're creative, comfortable with social media, and enjoy things like Canva, CapCut, TikTok, Reels, photography, video editing, or writing captions, we'd love to hear from you.

It's an easy way to donate your creativity and a little bit of your time while helping a small nonprofit tell its story and reach more people.
