Description
This position has flexible hours and we will work with your schedule. Having one consistent
day/time per week to assist in the gardens is preferred.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform gardening duties including weeding, digging, pruning, planting, sweeping
paths, pulling weeds, cleaning, repairs and ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Help maintain the gardens and grounds in a good condition together with various
- displays of plants.
- Assist with planning and development of garden and grounds.
- Maintain herb garden and harvest herbs when ready

Unrestricted, free street parking available at DC locations. On Site parking at Capitol Heights location. All locations are a 15 minute walk from Benning Rd or Addison Rd metros on the Blue and Silver Lines.
We have additional sites at 520 45th St NE DC 20019 and will be converting a lot in Capitol Heights, MD, near Addison RD metro , starting in the Fall of 2026.
