Sports Education and Youth Coaching in Bertoua Cameroon

As a sports educator and youth coach, you will volunteer in a football training academy for girls and boys around the age of 16 who are eager to learn and play football.

Volunteers support training sessions that take place after work and on weekends. Football is the main sport practiced in the academy, and volunteers help players improve their technical skills such as passing, dribbling, teamwork, and game strategy. The young athletes also take part in friendly competitions and matches where they can practice what they have learned.

In addition to improving football skills, the program encourages young players to develop important life skills such as teamwork, persistence, discipline, and organization. Volunteers work alongside local coaches and teams, helping create a positive and motivating environment where young athletes can learn, grow, and enjoy sports together.

Although football is the main focus, volunteers are also welcome to introduce other sports and physical activities depending on their interests and experience.
