    šŸ¾ Hospice Pet Therapy Volunteer

    Do you have a gentle, well-behaved pet who brings joy wherever they go? We are seeking compassionate Pet Therapy Volunteers to support hospice patients and families by providing comfort, companionship, and moments of peace during a very meaningful time.

    What Youā€™ll Do:

    • Visit hospice patients with your certified therapy pet
    • Provide emotional comfort, calm, and connection
    • Offer gentle interaction that can reduce anxiety and bring joy
    • Support patients, families, and care teams through presence and kindness

    Who Weā€™re Looking For:

    • Volunteers age 18+
    • Calm, friendly, and well-mannered pets (dogs most common)
    • Pet therapy certification (or willingness to obtain)
    • Reliable, compassionate individuals with a heart for service
    • Ability to respect patient privacy and hospice care principles
