C.H.L.M.S MEDI-HELPZ FOUNDATION VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES: DONOR DEVELOPMENT, ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT, AND BOARD MEMBERS

C.H.L.M.S Medi-Helpz Foundation is growing and expanding its statewide health equity initiatives. As we strengthen our internal capacity and broaden our impact across Illinois, we are seeking dedicated volunteers to join our team. We currently have openings for a Volunteer Donor Development & Fundraising Lead, a Volunteer Administrative Support Coordinator, and three Volunteer Board Members.

VOLUNTEER DONOR DEVELOPMENT & FUNDRAISING LEAD

This role supports donor engagement, fundraising initiatives, and relationship-building efforts that help sustain and grow our programs. Responsibilities include donor outreach, stewardship, campaign support, donor research, and assisting with messaging for appeals and events. Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and passionate about community impact. Time commitment: 5–8 hours per month.

VOLUNTEER ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT COORDINATOR

This role strengthens internal operations and supports communication, scheduling, document organization, and basic administrative tasks. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities. Time commitment: 4–6 hours per month.

VOLUNTEER BOARD MEMBER (3 OPEN SEATS)

We are expanding our Board of Directors and seeking individuals committed to advancing health equity and supporting organizational growth. Responsibilities include providing strategic guidance, supporting fundraising and partnerships, attending quarterly meetings, and serving as ambassadors for the mission. Ideal candidates bring experience in nonprofit leadership, healthcare, education, fundraising, or community development.
