    Volunteer Operations & Directory Coordinator

    Project Overview

    Army Pink is seeking a detail-oriented volunteer to help us organize and strengthen our volunteer management system. This role will focus on transferring volunteer information from existing volunteer platforms into Monday.com, creating an organized volunteer directory, and helping establish a consistent onboarding and communication process for future volunteers.

    This is a great opportunity for someone interested in nonprofit operations, volunteer coordination, database management, and building systems that help mission-driven organizations grow.

    Time Commitment

    2-5 hours per week

    The goal of this project is to create a centralized volunteer management system that allows Army Pink to better organize volunteer information, onboard new team members, and maintain ongoing communication with our volunteer community.

    Responsibilities

    • Transfer and organize volunteer information from existing volunteer platforms into Monday.com
    • Build and maintain a centralized volunteer directory
    • Review and clean volunteer data to ensure information is accurate and organized
    • Help create a volunteer onboarding workflow and process
    • Support the distribution of volunteer materials, including:
      • Volunteer pledge
      • Volunteer welcome/deck materials
      • Onboarding information
    • Help develop a communication system for volunteer updates, outreach, and engagement
    • Assist with creating a repeatable process for welcoming and managing new volunteers

    Deliverables

    By the end of the 12-week project, the volunteer will help create:

    • A complete and organized volunteer directory in Monday.com
    • A streamlined volunteer onboarding process
    • A system for volunteer communications and outreach
    • Recommended workflows for managing volunteers as Army Pink continues to grow

    Skills & Experience

    Ideal candidates have:

    • Strong organizational and administrative skills
    • Experience with databases, spreadsheets, or project management platforms (Monday.com experience is a plus)
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage information accurately
    • Interest in nonprofit operations and volunteer engagement
    • Strong written communication skills

    About Army Pink

    Army Pink is a survivor-led nonprofit providing safe, reliable transportation to help survivors of domestic violence escape unsafe situations and begin their path to freedom. Through our programs, including Freedom Rides and survivor support resources, we are working to remove barriers that prevent survivors from reaching safety.

    We are looking for someone who can help us build the operational foundation needed to support a growing volunteer community.
