    Description

    Conduct weekly tuck in calls (phone calls) to patients on the list to ensure they have all their supplies, medication, etc. before the weekend!

    Fill out tuck in call form and report back to Volunteer Coordinator. I update the list weekly and send to volunteer, easy peasy!
