    Description

    Role Overview

    We are looking for a Volunteer QA Engineer to help ensure our platform is reliable and ready for real-world use.

    This is a hands-on role focused on testing key product flows, identifying critical issues, and supporting a fast-moving engineering team.

    What You Will Do

    • Test core workflows:
      • Patient registration and login
      • Appointment booking and scheduling
      • Doctor consultations (video and notes)
      • Hospital dashboards
    • Perform:
      • Functional testing
      • Regression testing
      • Exploratory testing
    • Validate APIs and integrations:
      • HMS integrations
      • HL7 FHIR endpoints
    • Log bugs with clear reproduction steps and expected vs actual results
    • Work closely with engineers to resolve issues quickly
    • Help ensure demo and release stability

    What We Are Looking For

    Required:

    • Some experience or strong interest in QA/testing
    • Attention to detail and structured thinking
    • Ability to clearly document bugs
    • Basic understanding of web or mobile applications

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience with tools like Postman
    • Basic knowledge of APIs
    • Exposure to automation tools (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium)
    • Interest in healthcare or health tech

    Time Commitment

    • Flexible, approximately 10–20 hours per week
    • Ability to support testing before demos or releases is important
