Menzies Philanthropic Foundation (Menzies Mission) is a non-profit dedicated to supporting orphans and vulnerable families through resources, education, and holistic development rooted in the Menzies 8 Keys of Needs: Housing, Health, Nutrition, Education, Family, Community, Faith, and Love. We believe that self-actualization is a powerful pathway to breaking cycles of poverty and trauma. Through mental and emotional support, healing-centered guidance, and community-rooted programs, we strengthen connection and belonging, empowering individuals to realize their potential and transform their future.
In partnership with our social-impact company, Me Is We, we are developing a regenerative financial ecosystem to support the long-term sustainability and expansion of our mission. At the heart of this ecosystem is My Source Network, a global holistic wellness community platform devoted to healing and mindful connection. Through practitioners, conscious events, and transformational resources, My Source Network supports individuals on their journeys toward balance, empowerment, and belonging while cultivating a worldwide community rooted in healing, authenticity, and collaboration.
We are an impact-driven organization rooted in integrity, accountability, collaboration, and service. Our work is guided by a commitment to collective healing and empowering the communities we serve, knowing that meaningful, lasting change is created together. If you feel called to bring your skills, presence, and purpose into our mission, we would be honored to welcome you into the Menzies Mission community.
We are building a global, holistic community marketplace that brings people together through wellness, learning, community, and conscious experiences. As we prepare for our MVP launch, we are seeking a highly capable Operations Manager to design, build, and run the operational foundation of the platform.
The Operations Manager is the central owner of marketplace operations, responsible for the systems, workflows, and standards that keep the platform stable, trusted, and running smoothly. This role owns core operations systems, CRM infrastructure, and the full event and organizer lifecycle—from onboarding and publishing through delivery, issue resolution, and post-event follow-up.
This role ensures organizers move smoothly and reliably through the platform while maintaining clear operational standards, quality control, and consistency across the marketplace. The Operations Manager is responsible for protecting marketplace health by identifying friction points, resolving issues and edge cases, coordinating escalations across teams, and ensuring problems are addressed quickly and thoughtfully before they impact the broader community.
At the MVP stage, this role is both builder and operator—establishing workflows, documenting lightweight processes, tracking operational health signals, and improving systems in real time. The Operations Manager acts as the connective tissue between organizers, internal teams, and leadership, translating day-to-day platform reality into clarity, stability, and readiness to scale.
This role is mission-critical to the success of our MVP launch and early growth. Success in this position directly impacts platform stability, organizer confidence, community trust, and the long-term health of the marketplace.
You will have clear ownership over:
You are the person who ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

Experience in marketplaces, events, platforms, or community-based products is a strong plus.
