    Join the Leadership Committee: Loudoun Out of the Darkness Walk (Remote-Friendly)

    The Loudoun Out of the Darkness Walk is more than just an event; it is a journey of hope and healing that unites our community. To make our September 19, 2026, walk a success, we are seeking dedicated volunteers to join our Planning Committee.

    Flexible & Remote-Friendly Roles We value your time and expertise. Many of our committee tasks can be completed entirely from home on your own schedule. Whether you have professional skills to lend or simply a passion for the cause, we have a place for you.

    Committee Opportunities Include:

    • Sponsorship & Outreach (Remote): Help us connect with local businesses and the Chamber of Commerce to build corporate partnerships.
    • Marketing & Social Media (Remote): Spread the word through digital campaigns and local community groups.
    • Inclusion Specialists (Remote/Hybrid): Help us deepen our reach within the Veteran and LGBTQ+ communities to ensure our resources are accessible to all.
    • Logistics & Day-of Planning (Hybrid): Assist with route planning and coordinating event-day site details in Leesburg.
    • Volunteer Coordination (Remote/Hybrid): Help recruit and organize the "day-of" volunteer team.
