    About Army Pink

    Army Pink is a survivor-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit building a transportation initiative designed to help survivors of domestic violence reach safety and begin their path to freedom.

    As we prepare for launch, we are building the technology infrastructure needed to support fundraising, donor management, volunteer operations, partnerships, grant management, program reporting, and long-term organizational growth.

    Position Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Architect to help lead the design and development of our Salesforce environment.

    This is a volunteer leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys building systems, mentoring volunteers, and helping mission-driven organizations create scalable infrastructure.

    The ideal candidate has experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, fundraising operations, donor management, grants management, reporting, and nonprofit CRM architecture.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide strategic guidance for Salesforce architecture and implementation
    • Help design donor management and fundraising workflows
    • Support grant tracking and grants management processes
    • Assist with sponsorship and partnership tracking systems
    • Advise on volunteer management workflows
    • Develop reporting and dashboard strategies
    • Collaborate with volunteer Salesforce developers and administrators
    • Recommend best practices for security, permissions, automation, and scalability
    • Help establish a roadmap for future growth

    Current Project Areas

    Our Salesforce environment will support:

    • Fundraising and donor management
    • Recurring giving programs
    • Sponsorship tracking
    • Grants management
    • Volunteer management
    • Partnership management
    • Program impact reporting
    • Ride program operations
    • Board and funder reporting

    Qualifications

    • Salesforce architecture, consulting, administration, or implementation experience
    • Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud strongly preferred
    • Understanding of nonprofit fundraising and donor management
    • Experience with reporting, automation, and workflow design
    • Strong communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical team members
