About the Role
HHP’s new Shared Patient Information (SPI) app allows individuals with chronic illnesses to safely monetize their health data logs through a transparent revenue-sharing model. We are looking for a empathetic, operations-driven Patient Recruitment & Engagement Manager to oversee our internal conversion funnel—ensuring that when our technology matches a patient to a validated clinical study, that patient is supported, informed, and seamlessly guided through the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor internal algorithmic matching alerts for our Migraine and Lupus patient cohorts.
- Draft and deploy in-app notifications, educational newsletters, and screening workflows that present clinical trial options clearly and without coercion.
- Act as the core point of contact for opted-in users who have questions about the recruitment lifecycle, timelines, and revenue-sharing payouts.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure internal screening metrics align perfectly with the target CRO protocol requirements.
Qualifications
- Background in patient advocacy, customer success, digital community management, or clinical trial site coordination.
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to translate dense, complex clinical inclusion/exclusion criteria into accessible, everyday language.
- Deep empathy for individuals navigating complex, chronic, and "invisible" conditions.
- Experience with mobile app engagement strategies or user-onboarding funnels is a significant plus.
Commitment
Volunteer basis, 5–10 hours per week.
