About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Management & Partnership Lead to help shape LandSeed’s next phase of growth. This role is perfect for someone with 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or operations who’s ready to use their expertise for purpose-driven work and long-term community impact.
What You’ll Do
Build and manage partnerships with local businesses and organizations.
Develop sustainable funding and operational strategies.
Strengthen LandSeed’s business model and long-term growth plan.
Collaborate with leadership to drive community-based initiatives.
Mentor team members and represent LandSeed in key collaborations.
Job Requirements
5+ years of experience in business management, partnerships, or leadership roles.
Strong understanding of non-profit or social enterprise ecosystems.
Proven ability to design business or operational frameworks for growth.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a heart for community impact.
Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture vision with practical execution.
Open to starting in a volunteer capacity, with a pathway toward a paid leadership position as the organization grows.
