You’ll guide younger students through exciting projects, encourage them when challenges arise, and show them that anyone can succeed in STEM with curiosity and persistence. Your leadership will help create a welcoming, inclusive space where every student feels they belong.

    • Support younger students during club meetings by answering questions, explaining concepts, and encouraging teamwork.

    • No prior teaching experience required—just curiosity and a positive attitude!
