    Google Ads Associate (Marketing)

    Role Overview:

    Support Resilience Inc.’s mission by managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to promote our evidence-based Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) programs. This role focuses on increasing awareness, engagement, and program adoption through effective paid media strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan, build, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search and other formats)
    • Conduct keyword research and develop PPC strategies for SEL topics
    • Write and test ad copy aligned with brand voice and audience needs
    • Monitor and optimize performance (CTR, CPC, conversions, etc.)
    • Set up and manage tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversions)
    • Run A/B tests on ads and landing pages to improve results
    • Collaborate with content, web, and marketing teams
    • Manage budgets responsibly, including Google Ad Grants compliance
    • Report on performance and provide actionable insights

    Requirements:

    • Strong alignment with Resilience Inc.’s mission and commitment to SEL and youth well-being
    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or relevant experience)
    • Basic knowledge of Google Ads and PPC concepts (campaigns, keywords, targeting, optimization)
    • Understanding of key metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions) and data-driven thinking
    • Familiarity with GA4 or Google Tag Manager is a plus
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data and budgets
    • Clear, persuasive writing skills aligned with brand voice
    • Organized, proactive, and able to manage tasks in a remote setting
    • Team player with reliable communication and availability for weekly meetings
