    Volunteer Opportunity: Project Manager (Monday.com Implementation)

    Organization: Army Pink – Pathway to Freedom

    We're looking for an experienced Volunteer Project Manager to help organize and activate our growing nonprofit team.

    As Army Pink continues to expand, we've developed numerous initiatives, projects, volunteer teams, and workflows. We're seeking someone who can take these existing ideas and translate them into a structured project management system using Monday.com.

    Responsibilities

    • Build and organize project boards in Monday.com.
    • Translate existing plans, notes, and workflows into actionable tasks.
    • Create timelines, milestones, and task dependencies.
    • Assign projects and tasks to volunteer team members.
    • Help activate and coordinate multiple volunteer teams.
    • Develop a clear system for tracking progress across departments.
    • Recommend best practices for nonprofit project management and collaboration.

    Ideal Experience

    • Experience with Monday.com (required).
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Experience coordinating multiple projects and teams.
    • Ability to create efficient workflows and improve collaboration.
    • Nonprofit experience is a plus but not required.

    Time Commitment

    Flexible, approximately 5–10 hours per week.

    Army Pink is a survivor-led nonprofit providing safe, reliable transportation that helps survivors escape domestic violence and begin their path to freedom. As we prepare for our public launch, we're building systems that will allow volunteers across multiple departments to work together efficiently and effectively.
