Must be 18+ years of age. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Reliable internet and email access. Available for virtual meetings and able to commit approximately 3–5 hours per month.

Description

Grief’s Light Outreach is a faith-based nonprofit supporting mothers after the loss of a child. We are seeking a dependable, organized Volunteer Board Secretary to help strengthen our growing organization.

Responsibilities:

Attend board meetings and record meeting minutes
Maintain board records and important documents
Track board decisions and action items
Assist with board communications and meeting reminders
Work collaboratively with the Founder and Board

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable with email and basic computer programs, and supportive of our faith-based mission. Previous nonprofit or board experience is helpful but not required.

Time Commitment: Approximately 2–4 hours per month, including board meetings.

Compensation: Volunteer position.

This is a meaningful opportunity to use your organizational skills to help strengthen a nonprofit dedicated to bringing hope and compassionate support to grieving mothers.
