    Urgent: Twilio & Middleware Integration Expert

    We are in the middle of building the technology infrastructure for Freedom Rides, Army Pink's transportation program for survivors of domestic violence, and we have reached a critical point where we need someone who understands how the systems connect and can help our development team complete and troubleshoot the integration work.

    Our Salesforce developers understand Salesforce, but we currently need a specialist who understands the integration layer between Salesforce, Twilio, n8n, APIs, webhooks, and other systems.

    Instructions:

    What We Need Help With

    The immediate priority is our Freedom Rides technology workflow, including:

    • Twilio configuration and integration
    • n8n middleware and automation
    • Webhooks and API connections
    • Connecting ride-status information to the appropriate automated workflows
    • Twilio SMS automation
    • Data mapping between systems
    • Troubleshooting existing integrations
    • Testing workflows from beginning to end
    • Identifying why current integrations are not working as expected
    • Working alongside our Salesforce developers to complete the integration architecture
    • Documenting the completed workflows so our team can maintain them

    We also have integration needs involving Lyft, Salesforce, Givebutter, Microsoft/Azure, Twilio, and n8n.

    The Person We're Looking For

    This is not primarily a Salesforce development role. We specifically need someone who understands what happens between systems.

    Strong hands-on experience with several of the following is important:

    • Twilio
    • n8n
    • Middleware
    • REST APIs
    • Webhooks
    • JSON/data mapping
    • Workflow automation
    • System integrations
    • Salesforce integrations
    • Givebutter integrations

    Experience with Lyft or similar platform is a plus
