    • Serve as a primary executive administrative leader, representing the leadership team in interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Manage and oversee organizational administrative operations, office budgets, expenditure monitoring, and payment requests.
    • Analyze complex administrative and operational problems, evaluating alternatives and making sound, strategic recommendations.
    • Organize, streamline, and maintain office filing systems and document management databases.

    • Provide leadership, direction, and direct oversight to key leadership roles, including the Director of Admin and People, Director of Talent and Culture, and Director of Training and Development, as well as the Admin Coordinator and compliance staff members.
    • Ensure alignment and adherence to internal policies, compliance standards, and non-profit regulations across all administrative and people operations.
    • Review, research, and apply relevant laws, codes, and policies related to financial reporting and organizational compliance.
    • Review, proofread, and edit key operational reports, agenda items, and administrative materials.
    1. Strategic Mentorship & Succession Development
    • Partner closely with executive leadership to learn senior-level management, high-level non-profit governance, and operational strategy.
    • Participate in targeted executive grooming and mentorship activities to prepare for full assumption of executive responsibilities.
    • Act as a key liaison across departments (including Marketing and Development) to build comprehensive operational expertise.
