We’re celebrating all the positive action happening around the world as part of Idealist Days—thank you for being part of it. Because of you, this movement continues to grow in every direction and reminds us moving from intention to action is easier with a community of support.

Here’s everything you accomplished on Idealist Days 6/6 this year!

Rosemary M. from Nairobi, Kenya shared that she and a team of volunteers visited a children's home, creating a joyful day of connection and care for 10 participants 🤝

Tegan M. from Portland, Oregon hosted a tie-dye party where participants created more than two dozen clothing items for a local free clothing pantry. The event brought together neighbors of different ages and backgrounds, with older participants sharing tie-dye techniques and a volunteer providing insight into other community needs 🎨

Evans M. from Kitale, Kenya helped organize the distribution of dignity kits and menstrual health education for 300 vulnerable schoolgirls. In addition to providing essential supplies, participants learned how to make and care for reusable sanitary pads 💪

La Asociación Sinaí in Guatemala visited a senior center to bring joy and companionship to older members of their community 🏠

May S. from Malabon City, Philippines shared a community technology initiative that began with donated tablets during the pandemic and evolved into a powerful example of grassroots community-building 💻

Lisa S. from Roseville, California donated dignity kits and toiletries to a local homeless shelter, showing how even a solo act of service can make a meaningful difference ❤️

Alex M. from Missouri spent Idealist Day cleaning up litter along Roundhouse Road. While working outdoors with his dog Willow, he was encouraged by passing drivers who stopped to express their appreciation, highlighting how visible acts of stewardship can inspire community support 🌿

Anne S. from Arusha, Tanzania traveled to a rural village school to continue her pad program for girls, overcoming difficult roads during the rainy season to reach 100 students 🎒
