Known for our holistic approach, we address not only the symptoms of your lived one’s illness, but also the emotional and spiritual needs of our patients. By providing care in the the comfort of where our patients call home, we create a serene environment where caregivers are comforted knowing their family member is in a familiar environment. Our team works closely with you to ensure that the needs of the patient and family are being met during a difficult time.

    Three Oaks Hospice serves the following counties: Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Lawrence, Mercer, Washington, and Westmoreland.

    Three Oaks Hospice core goals resolve around providing comprehensive, compassionate, and patient-centered care, focusing on comfort, dignity, and quality of life for individuals with life-limiting illnesses and their families. They achieve this through a team of skilled professionals and trained volunteers, offering a wide range of services including pain management, nursing care, counseling and bereavement support.
