Our mission at Elevate Hospice is providing unique, individualized, patient-centered care and support to patients and their families at the end of life.

Description

Elevate hospice is dedicated to providing comfort and dignity in a personalized way to adults with life-limiting illness by providing services to enhance their quality of life. Part of Elevate's model is to provide volunteers to assist by relieving family caregivers. This may be sitting with our patient, holding their hand, reading or praying with them, or something as simple as assisting with with light housekeeping to free the family member to spend time with their loved one. A volunteer with experience in music, story telling or touch therapy would be a very welcome addition to our volunteer team. We are passionate about providing comfort and support through this delicate time for our patients and their families.
