Three Rivers Hospice

A team approach to hospice care that includes collaboration with medical directors, skilled nurses, home health aids, medical social workers, spiritual care and caring volunteers. Hospice care extends beyond physical needs. We recognize that serious illness affects the whole person—and often the entire family.

Our volunteers bring comfort, companionship, and practical support to patients and caregivers. Whether sharing a conversation, reading together, journaling, crafting, or simply sitting quietly with a patient, volunteers help create meaningful moments and cherished memories.
