TechStep Foundation

TechStep Foundation is a community‑based cybersecurity training organization dedicated to increasing cyber awareness and building career pathways for underserved communities across the United States. Our mission is to provide practical, job‑ready cybersecurity education that helps students protect themselves, support their communities, and enter the cyber workforce with confidence.

We offer full scholarships through our Essential Series cybersecurity programs at no cost to students, removing financial barriers and ensuring equitable access to high‑quality training. In addition to technical instruction, we provide mentorship, career guidance, and hands‑on learning experiences that prepare students for real opportunities in the cybersecurity field.

Our work is driven by community impact, empowerment, and workforce development. In 2026, we are launching a focused initiative to train 100 new cybersecurity professionals, strengthening both local communities and the nation’s cyber talent pipeline.
