The Bay Area Real Estate Career Pathways Initiative is dedicated to expanding access to meaningful careers throughout the real estate and built environment ecosystem for underrepresented communities across the San Francisco Bay Area.

Our mission is to educate, inspire, and empower students, career changers, and aspiring professionals by providing direct access to career exploration, workforce development, mentorship, and industry connections. We showcase the many industries that power housing and community development, including residential and commercial real estate, mortgage lending, title and escrow, insurance, appraisal, architecture, construction, engineering, property management, affordable housing, housing development, urban planning, and financial services.

Through strategic partnerships with employers, industry leaders, community organizations, educational institutions, and workforce development agencies, we create sustainable career pathways that equip individuals with the knowledge, skills, and professional networks needed to thrive.
