How can I enable applicant tracking in my listing?

Collect applications through Idealist by enabling applicant tracking in the How to Apply section of your listing.

To enable applicant tracking on your job or internship listing, select “Yes, use Idealist to track applicants.”

To enable applicant tracking on your volunteer listing, select “Yes, allow volunteers to submit interest directly through Idealist.”

You can also adjust your applicant tracking settings on an existing listing by heading to the How to Apply section and clicking "Change Settings."

If you decide not to enable applicant tracking on Idealist , you'll direct candidates to apply to you directly via email or an external website. 

*Please note that in this case, you won't have access to listing metrics (like views, impressions, and clicks) unless you have the Idealist Annual Membership.
