Black Fire Ministries ignites and equips a new generation of diverse mission Catalyst leaders within the African diaspora for Global Gospel Transformation—releasing God’s gifts within by the power of the Holy Spirit, while illuminating our rich and significant mission history.

Black Fire Ministries is a global missions and leadership-development movement dedicated to igniting, equipping, and empowering the next generation of diverse Christian leaders—whom we call Catalysts—for Global Gospel Transformation.

We exist to come alongside emerging leaders, particularly within the African diaspora and underrepresented communities, who sense a call to impact their cities, nations, and the world for Christ. Through immersive mission experiences, relational discipleship, leadership training, and cross-cultural collaboration, we help leaders grow spiritually, lead courageously, and multiply their influence.

Our work is built on four core pillars—Ignite, Transform, Catalyze, and Amplify—guiding everything from local community engagement to international missions across Africa, North America, and beyond. We believe sustainable change happens through relationships, humility, and long-term investment in people, not quick fixes.

At our core, Black Fire Ministries is about people: walking with leaders as they discover their God-given calling, steward their gifts with integrity, and serve others with compassion and bold faith. We partner with churches, organizations, and individuals who share our heart for justice, discipleship, and seeing communities renewed through the love of Jesus.

By 2030, our vision is to raise and release 100 next-generation Catalysts who will collectively help develop one million mission-minded leaders worldwide—creating ripple effects of hope, leadership, and Gospel impact for generations to come.
