SchoolSafeZone empowers parents, schools, and communities to create safe, focused, and supportive learning environments by limiting access to distracting and harmful social media during school hours. We leverage technology, collaboration, and education to help students thrive academically and socially—both in and out of the classroom.
About Us
SchoolSafeZone is a California-based nonprofit dedicated to protecting student well-being and enhancing learning outcomes by minimizing digital distractions during school hours. Through our innovative mobile app and collaborative programs, we give parents and schools the ability to temporarily restrict access to selected social media platforms within designated school zones. Students remain connected for essential communication-calls, messaging, email, and educational resources-while gaining freedom from disruptive apps that can impact focus, mental health, and safety.
