Global Care Force mobilizes volunteer healthcare professionals and humanitarian partners to deliver recurring, compassionate medical care to communities affected by crisis.

Global Care Force is a U.S.-based nonprofit organization restoring access to healthcare for communities where essential medical services have been disrupted or remain limited due to war, disaster, displacement, fragile health systems, or other humanitarian challenges.

Since launching our first deployment to Ukraine in 2022, our teams have completed more than 40 recurring medical deployments, delivering primary healthcare, mental health support, essential medicines, and continuity of care to thousands of patients with limited access to healthcare.

Unlike many humanitarian organizations that make a single visit, we return to the same communities month after month. This continuity of care builds trusted relationships with patients and local healthcare providers while strengthening access to healthcare over time.

Our volunteer teams include physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, EMTs, paramedics, mental health professionals, and humanitarian support volunteers who serve alongside experienced Ukrainian healthcare professionals and local staff.

We recruit volunteers year-round for scheduled international deployments and welcome applications from individuals who are passionate about serving communities with limited access to healthcare.
