    The Neighborhood Development Center, Inc. (NDC) is community-based non-profit organization that works in the inner cities of St.Paul and Minneapolis helping emerging entrenpreneurs develop successful businesses that serve their communities, and helping community groups build stronger neighborhood economies.

    About Us

    NDC provides technical assistance, small loan funds,pro-bono legal assistance and small business training to innercity persons, minority and non-minorities also. They must live in certain targeted neighborhoods and meet certain income guidelines to apply for these types of services.
