Bluegrass Outreach Initiative

At Bluegrass Outreach Initiative, our mission is to strengthen the Northern Kentucky community by bridging the gap between available medical equipment and individuals in need, providing the necessary tools and resources to maintain dignity, wellness, and self-sufficiency at home.

We aim to provide medical mobility equipment to those in need who are unable to obtain it. We can help provide funding for specialty equipment for those in need. If we are unable to assist, we will use our network of resources to get our community the help they deserve.

Many of the people we serve are older adults, individuals with disabilities, and families facing financial hardship. Without dependable transportation, accessing essential medical equipment can be difficult or impossible.
