We guide young people through life’s winding roads by connecting them with credible mentors who have already traveled those paths. Through hands-on learning and real-world experiences, we help vulnerable and at-risk youth navigate obstacles, discover their strengths, and build the confidence to chart their own successful journeys.

Brick Road Life Skills Corporation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering New York City youth ages 16–24 as they navigate the critical transition into adulthood. We bridge the gap between vulnerability and opportunity by pairing young people with credible, local mentors who have successfully walked similar paths. Through immersive, hands-on learning, real-world workforce exposure, and intentional personal development, we equip the next generation of New Yorkers with the practical tools and inner resilience needed to overcome structural barriers, unlock their inherent strengths, and confidently steer their own futures.
