Our mission is to lift people out of poverty and reduce human suffering by meeting their most basic and critical needs, and by creating opportunities that change the life trajectories for our marginalized neighbors.

HCO identifies the root cause or fundamental need in a client’s situation, and problem-solves to create real, long-lasting impact. HCO is agile and mobile; we bring services directly to underserved people and communities to meet their needs. We do so through our four programs: Food Outreach, Home Repair, Crisis Care, and Child Centered Outreach
