Our mission is to ignite a global movement that empowers, informs, and supports people experiencing menopause. We are revolutionizing the future of women’s health by funding groundbreaking research, driving innovation in care, and unapologetically breaking the silence surrounding menopause. Through bold advocacy, and strategic fundraising, we aim to erase the stigma, elevate the science, and ensure that no one navigates menopause in the shadows again.

Mpowered Menopause has two primary programs the first is our annual Millions 4 Menopause 5K. The second is the Mpowered Menopause Advisory Council which guides our research priorities and advises us on update and trends in the medical field that relate to peri- and menopause.
