  • Mission

Oxygen for Relief & Development (ORD) is dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable communities in Yemen by delivering life-saving humanitarian assistance and sustainable development programs. We work to combat hunger, support access to clean water and sanitation, strengthen livelihoods, and empower communities through education, capacity building, and environmental resilience. Our mission is to restore dignity, reduce suffering, and create lasting positive impact for families affected by conflict and poverty.

    About Us

Oxygen for Relief & Development (ORD) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization established in 2017 in Yemen. We work with a clear commitment to alleviating human suffering and improving the well-being of vulnerable communities affected by conflict, poverty, and limited access to essential services.

Our organization operates across multiple sectors, including food security, agriculture and pastoralism, sustainable land management, WASH, health and nutrition, education, and community development. We prioritize the most marginalized groups and focus on delivering practical, sustainable, and community-driven solutions.

ORD upholds strong values of transparency, integrity, accountability, and respect for human dignity. We work closely with local communities, volunteers, and local authorities to ensure our programs are relevant, impactful, and aligned with real needs on the ground.

Despite the complex challenges and operational restrictions in Yemen, we remain committed to building resilience, empowering communities, and creating long-term positive change. Every project we implement aims to restore hope and support families striving for a safer, healthier, and more stable future.
