Milestones is committed to improving the physical, emotional, and social well-being of individuals through equine-assisted services. By partnering participants with specially trained horses and compassionate instructors, we create opportunities for growth, independence, and connection in a safe and supportive environment.

Milestones is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching lives through equine-assisted activities and therapies. Located in Northern Kentucky, we serve individuals of all ages and abilities by providing opportunities for growth, confidence, and connection through meaningful interactions with horses.

Our programs are designed to support participants with a wide range of physical, emotional, cognitive, and developmental needs. Through therapeutic riding and horsemanship, individuals build strength, improve coordination, develop life skills, and gain a sense of independence—all in a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment.

At Milestones, we believe in the unique bond between humans and horses and the powerful impact it can have. Our specially trained horses, experienced instructors, and dedicated volunteers work together to create an atmosphere where every participant feels valued, capable, and empowered.
