The Mission of Hospice and Community Care is to provide personalized care and comfort to help patients and families live better with serious illness through end of life.
About Us
Hospice & Community Care, founded as Hospice of Lancaster County, is a non-profit organization providing end-of-life services throughout Lancaster and York Counties, and parts of Berks, Lebanon, Dauphin, Chester and Adams Counties - services include home hospice care, inpatient hospice care and bereavement services.
