Stimulant Health Incentive Program

Seattle, WA

  • Mission

The Stimulant Health Incentive Program (SHIP) supports people who use stimulants to achieve their health goals.

    About Us

Part of UW Medicine Primary Care, SHIP offers evidence based and effective treatment for people using stimulants such as methamphetamine and cocaine. Our programs include a weekly drop-in peer group and contingency management, a treatment program for people using stimulants backed by decades of research. SHIP is located at Hobson Clinic, a low barrier primary care and addiction medicine clinic co-located with permanent supportive housing. The vast majority of SHIP's participants are housing insecure and dealing with complex medical, socioeconomic, and mental health issues. We offer a non-judgmental, compassionate environment rooted in harm reduction principles to support patients in reaching their health goals.
