  • Mission

Haven Manor Inc. bridges the gap to safe, stable homes. We provide FREE home-safety repairs and accessibility improvements for individuals on fixed or no incomes so they can remain safely in their home and avoid becoming homeless.

    About Us

Haven Manor Inc. was established in 2016 providing affordable rental homes to people in the Metro Atlanta area working with volunteers to maintain those homes and in other capacities specifically in Cobb, Bartow, and Floyd Counties; the first seven days of a housing opening went to qualified veterans and active-duty military. Our focus continues to revolve around affordable housing; presently, we have been helping people to be safe in the homes they currently live in so they don't become homeless due to safety issues, ex: needing a ramp, safety bars, hoarding blocked entrances, etc... We want to keep them off the radar of code enforcement and other authorities. We help people on low and no incomes that lack the resources to keep and maintain their homes safely so they can age in place and not become homeless due to their current living conditions. Many people have decided they want to go into their golden years in the home of their choosing, and we at Haven Manor Inc. want to help them. We need volunteers/ businesses that will provide the materials and skill free of charge to the recipients; the service area is 5 miles around the Acworth, GA Walmart, but the businesses and volunteers can come from outside that area.
